The health of the global environment is boosted by vibrant economies, peaceful co-existence, environmentally-friendly practices, and healthy populations. Globalization and inappropriate uses of technology are of less priority on the overall impact on the global environment. Some world leaders and commentators on climate cite globalization and inappropriate use of technology as some of the significant threats. There are significant contributions that have been made to neutralize their impact. This counterargument paper looks at these two threats as being of less priority to the health of the global environment.
